To provide the best experience possible, please take a moment to review my policies before booking your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Deposit

A non-refundable $10 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be collected at your appointment and can be paid by cash (preferred), debit card, Venmo, or Zelle.

Inspiration

Please send your inspiration photos when booking your appointment so I can review your desired design and ensure I have all the necessary materials prepared in advance.

Late & Cancellations

Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period if running late. A $10 late fee will be applied after 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Your deposit may be transferred one time toward a new appointment date.

Deposits are non-refundable except in emergency circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Deposits will not be refunded for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or cancellations made without proper notice.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. As I continue to grow my skills and education as a nail technician, appointments may take longer than those of more experienced artists. I take pride in my work and prioritize quality over speed, so please plan accordingly and allow ample time for your appointment.
