Shipping + Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders will be shipped from the United States via UPS!

Do you ship internationally?

I’m currently only shipping within the United States. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully, that will change in the future!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times will depend on the option you select! If your package is delayed, it may be due to the carrier, please contact them directly with your order number for assistance.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates depend on how quickly you’d like to receive your package! You can select your preferred shipping option on the checkout page.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Returns + Exchange

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I am happy to offer returns or exchanges if your items arrive damaged or broken; otherwise, all sales are final!

What if my order arrives damaged?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Products

Why does my charm look scratched or cloudy?

If your keychain looks scratched or cloudy, don’t worry! Some of our keychains have a protective film for shipping. Simply peel it off both sides to make your keychain crystal clear. Some keychains are made of epoxy.

How are your products made and packaged?

I work with a secondary company for our keychains. The art is created by me, and most of my products are handmade. I also handle all packaging ourselves before sending your order!

What types of products do you sell?

Right now, we sell keychains, stickers, and buttons, but I plan to expand our product range as I grow! c:
